The Bend EPS office is staffed with some of the most recognized recruiters in the company's network. More than 50 awards and achievements have been granted to the Bend EPS office in our 25 year history.

Connie Worrell-Druliner, Owner Connie started the Bend Express Personnel and Express Professional Staffing in 1983 and opened the Redmond Express office in 1999. She is one of the original 20 franchisees of Express Personnel (there are approximately 600 offices worldwide). Through her leadership, the Bend/Redmond offices have continued to win international awards and are in the top tier of recruiting firms across the country. This was illustrated by Connie and her staff's designation as Franchisee of the Year in 2003. In 2005 Connie received the prestigious Express Personnel Services Gordon Blair Award in recognition of her outstanding service to the organization. Connie has a history of active involvement in the community, which includes serving over 25 organizations as a board member. She currently serves on the board of the Heart Institute of Central Oregon, the board of The Center Foundation and the LibertyBank Board of Directors. In addition, she is a 20-year member of the Central Oregon Economic Development Council and served two terms as president. Most recently Connie was named Citizen of the Year by Bend Chamber of Commerce. Connie is also a founding member of City Club of Central Oregon. connie.worrell@expresspros.com

Stephanie Miller, Chief Operating Officer, PHR Stephanie serves as the COO for Express Personnel and Express Professional Staffing. She joined the Express Team in 1997 and has served in a variety of roles including Payroll Manager, Risk Manager and General Manager. Stephanie graduated from Linfield University with her B.A. in Business Administration. As an active member of the Central Oregon community Stephanie serves on the Community Advisory Board for High Desert Museum and is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Karen Turner, Vice President/Professional Recruiter Karen specializes in Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Executive Level recruiting. She has spent the past twelve years in Human Resources and Recruiting. Prior to joining Express Professional Staffing, Karen was a Staffing Coordinator with Express Personnel. She has a BA in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from George Fox University. Karen is the Vice-Chair of the Central Oregon Workforce Investment Board, a member of City Club of Central Oregon and participates in the local SHRM organization, Human Resources Association of Central Oregon. karen.turner@expresspros.com

Debbie Butler, Professional Recruiter Debbie's recruiting specialties are in the area of Sales/Marketing and Administrative placement as well as recruitment of senior level executives for non-profit organizations. Debbie spent 5 years as a Staffing Consultant for Express Personnel Services before joining the Express Professional Staffing team. Prior to joining Express, Debbie spent 16 years working for a Non-Profit organization as their Office Manager and Events Manager. Chico Fraley, Professional Recruiter Chico specializes in recruiting Engineering/Manufacturing professionals as well as recruitment of Health Care Administration/Management. As a former business owner and client of Express Personnel Services, Chico witnessed first hand the dedication and professionalism Express delivers to its clients. Chico was in the telecommunications industry prior to joining Express Professional. Jolie Miller, Research Assistant Jolie Miller brings over 15 years of Customer Service, Office Administration and Restaurant/Hospitality experience to Express Professional Staffing. Most recently, she was the Front Office Coordinator for Express Personnel and Professional Staffing.
