Central Oregon's weather brings four seasons to enjoy. We periodically have snow, but most of the snow hits the mountains and leaves the ground in town bare. Unlike West of the Cascades, we have approximately 300 days of blue sky and see little rainfall. Summer temperatures typically are around 80° and winter temperatures rarely drop below 32°F.
The total population of the three counties that make up Central Oregon is approximately 150,000 people. Bend is the largest community with a population of around 75,000 people.
